Victim Friendly
We are “Victim Friendly”
Crime Scene Cleaners has taken the necessary course to perform “presumptive eligibility”
The course is offered by the Texas Attorney General’s office through the Victims of Crime Compensation Fund.
What does this mean? Not only can we help fill out the forms for possible reimbursement or payment with the Victims of Crime Compensation Fund but we can also send it in for consideration.
*Victims of Crime Compensation Fund not only may help with paying for Crime Scene Clean-up, if eligible, but also with other services such as:
- Medical, Hospital, counseling and funeral expenses
- Travel to from funeral over 20 miles
- lost wages for bereavement
- loss of earnings or support
- Counseling for immediate family members of the victim
- Reasonable attorney fees for assistance in filing the application (if needed)
- Eyeglasses, hearing aids, dentures or other prosthetic devices if damaged or the result of the crime
- Certain travel expenses
- Replacement of seized property as evidence
- Necessary expenses related to new child or dependent adult care needs
- One-time relocation expenses for victims of family violence or sexual assault that occurred in the victim’s residence.
